So Me, real name Bertrand Lagros de Langeron is a Parisian Graphic Designer and animator. He is also the art director for Ed Banger Records. He has created videos for Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Justice and more recently, MGMT, He won the 2005 MTV European award for his video for Justice called "We Are Your Friends.". 2010 saw Bertrand direct Duck Sauce's music video for "Barbara Streisand", making a cameo in the process. With his unique and fresh style of a mixture of media, regenerating old pieces of work and bringing it into the modern new age, it is no surprise that he has got a lot of attention and followers behind him. So-Me is at the base of the creation of all the artwork for the label, record covers, t-shirts etc.
So-Me used to work as an art director / copywriter for the advertising agency called BETC Euro RSCG in Paris. Honoured for his creative corporate work, his energy has been also involved in other more personal projects such as music and film. He did a remix of the Klaxons' track Interzone to Golden Skans, for his friend DJ Medhi. He also directed the music video I am somebody, which lateler inspired Pound, a US director called Evan Bernard. After an interesting result at the 2005 MTV Europe Music Awards resulting in So-Me beating Kanye West for the reward of Best Music Video, in which Kanye was angry and insulted the video for it's lack of money and production. Kanye then went on to hire So-Me to direct the video for his single 'The Good Life', which was another victory for So-Me.
Appraised for his artwork by lots of fans like Rihanna and Kanye West, he has also delved into clothing, producing his own clothing range 'Cool Cats' which hosts t-shirts, jackets and apparel such as scarves and hats. The designs are typical of So-Me's style and character of big prints and interesting use of text.

With all of these archievements beneath his belt, it will be no surprise if So-Me's reputation is growing fast, and I will not be surprised to see more musical creations, exhibitions and apparel coming from him.
